CMS lists 5,595 Medicare Advantage plans across 3,159 counties for 2026, from 170 parent organizations, and 367 stand-alone Part D drug plans sold state by state. Every plan in every county, with its premium, deductible and star rating as CMS approved them, last updated by CMS on September 2, 2026.
