Borrowers approved the same amount share a rank, and every borrower ranked in the top 100 is listed, so the list can be longer than 100.
A borrower is a name and an address exactly as SBA printed them, so a business that moved, or whose name SBA spelled two ways, is two borrowers, and neither total is the business’s whole.
The amount is what SBA approved, summed over a borrower’s loans: a first draw, a second, or both. It is not what was forgiven or repaid, which each borrower’s page shows loan by loan.
The state is the one on the borrower’s own address, not where SBA recorded the business as operating.
